3. Service Provision Terms
3.1. Commencement of Work: Terms, deadlines, cost, and scope of services are negotiated individually with each Client and documented in a separate agreement, technical specification, or correspondence (email).
3.2. Payment: Work begins only after the Client makes an advance payment (the amount is agreed upon individually). Final payment is made after approval and before the transfer of final source files.
3.3. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, as well as feedback, necessary to complete the project. Delays on your part may lead to a shift in project deadlines.
3.4. Revisions: The project cost includes a specified number of iterations or revisions (as agreed). Revisions exceeding the established limit are subject to additional charges at an hourly rate.
